Dear Ray Morgan Company,

The Solano County District Attorney’s Office is proud to have selected Ray Morgan Company as its managed prints services provider. We believe that RMC provides the best value for our document management dollars. RMC demonstrated value through a workflow solution and a printer reduction strategy that meet the needs of our office both now and in the future.

Specifically, we were impressed with how Major Account Executive David Dale and V.P. of Technology Erick Miller identified ways to provide copying, printing, scanning and faxing functionality while decreasing the department’s reliance on stand-alone network printers. Better still was how David and Erick integrated available resources and software such as RightFax and integrated that into our department’s workflow solution. To us, this demonstrated a deep understanding of the department’s document needs. Moreover, it signaled that David and Erick were interested in finding solutions rather than seeking to sell our department unneeded products and services.

We appreciate the efforts of both David Dale and Erick Miller and the value they have provided the Solano County District Attorney’s Office. We look forward to working with Ray Morgan Company over the next several years.
