This month we had the opportunity to interview Wesley Frakes on his time here at Ray Morgan Company.
What is your role?
I am the warehouse manager and logistics coordinator covering the Fresno, Visalia and Bakersfield markets. I handle all of the shipping and receiving, oversee the setting up all new equipment and I contact customers to coordinate deliveries.

How did you get to Ray Morgan Company?
I joined Ray Morgan as an outside sales rep in 2007 from another copier company here in Visalia. In 2010, a new warehouse manager position opened up in Visalia and thanks to Tito and Dave they recognized that my skill set would be better served in this position. Six years later I am very thankful for that.
What do you like to do outside of work at Ray Morgan Company?
Usually anything outside of work involves activities with my kids. When my son was younger I spent a lot of time with his youth football teams. For the last three years my free time revolves around coaching my daughters travel softball team. Between practices and tournaments there doesn’t seem to be time for much else.

I am grateful to have found a home at the Ray Morgan Company.
