What is your role?

My title is Special Projects Coordinator, which means that I do anything that helps. Primarily, I do Graphic Design, Marketing, Customer Service and other random projects.

Which branch do work out of?

The corporate office in Chico, California

How did you get to Ray Morgan Company?

I started an Internship for college credits almost 3 years ago, a month in I was told I had a good phone voice and I was hired part-time doing Customer Service work. Once my internship was over I requested to become full-time doing half and half. That’s how I got my place and title in RMC.

What do you like to do outside of work? 

Outside of work I enjoy reading, watching movies and playing games.

Tell us something that might surprise us about you.

Contrary to my pale complexion I enjoy being outside, especially when hiking or biking. I just don’t tan.

What is your favorite thing to do?

Completing a task, the relief afterwards is amazing not to mention the feeling of accomplishment! From tasks at work to cleaning my apartment it always feels good to get something done.

How do you define success?

Continuing to improve myself, keeping myself happy and achieving my short/long term goals is success to me.

The day I got moved to full-time, it wasn’t really a question if I was going to stay on full-time it was more of a question of why I felt I even needed to ask, made me feel appreciated and respected.
