Jim Scarff joined the Ray Morgan Company (“RMC”) in 1970 as a Sales Representative. At the time, the company had 8 employees and was solely owned by Mr. Ray Morgan. Over the next few years, Jim was promoted to various management roles and ultimately became a partner in 1981 and principal owner in 1990. Since then, RMC has grown to become one of the largest independent dealers in the United States and is widely respected as a leader in the industry.

Greg Martin joined the Ray Morgan Company in 1980, the year the company took on the Canon product line. He hit the streets selling Canon copiers, and a picture of his first worn-out pair of dress shoes sits in his office today. He has worked his way through the organization as a Sales Representative, Sales Manager, Vice President of Sales and was promoted to Company President in 2005. Greg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Chico. Greg’s philosophy is that we truly care about our employees and clients and treat them with respect, integrity and total servitude.

Chris Scarff started with Ray Morgan Company in January 1995. He oversees the Chico, Redding, and Medford branches and is very involved with our Sales Department. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Chico. Chris has enjoyed the transition the industry has made, going from copier-centric to a technology solutions consultative approach. Chris takes pride in working with companies to help them become more competitive through effective business processes and technology deployment.

Mike Wysong leads the Ray Morgan Company service segment from a sales perspective and also oversees our MPS division. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University, Chico. Mike started his career with Ray Morgan Company in February 1995 as a Sales Manager for our Marysville office. Over the years Mike has been promoted to various management roles, he is responsible for sales, service and customer support in our Reno, Nevada office. He plays a critical role in defining and leading Ray Morgan Company’s strategy for the rapidly evolving document technology market and aligning company resources to deliver business and technology that enhance our customers overall profitability and are unique in the marketplace.

Kern Lehman has more than 20 years of industry experience, with both Fortune 500 companies and the last 12 years at RMC. This includes a variety of sales, operations and IT leadership roles. He is responsible for overseeing the general management of RMC’s Central Region, as well as guiding the continuous IT infrastructure enhancements to produce significant business value for Ray Morgan Company and its customers in the form of improved financial performance and customer loyalty. His strong commitment to operational excellence and innovative approach to business problems continues to elevate the role of information technology and customer deliverables at Ray Morgan Company.

Bob Quadros manages the financial strategy and operations of Ray Morgan Company. He joined the Ray Morgan Company in October 2001. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance and Accounting from San Jose State University. He is committed to ensuring and maintaining the high level of integrity and transparency that Ray Morgan Company is known for.

Tito Molfino came to the Ray Morgan Company in October 2004. He has contributed to the success of the South Region, growing the business to over $10 million in just six years. Tito leads a diverse organization with responsibility for services, sales, and customer support. He along with Dave Arneson oversees the Fresno, Visalia, Bakersfield and San Luis Obispo offices. As General Manager of the South Region, Tito sets the vision and strategy for his region’s strategic priorities.

Dave Arneson has over 20 years experience building and directing teams to conduct and oversee sales and service operations. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. He focuses on building relationships with his team that serve as models for the relationships Ray Morgan Company dba More Office Solutions (in San Luis Obispo) builds with its customers and partners. Whether Dave is engaging with the field, meeting with customers, or in the office, he is always accessible and hands-on, putting his breadth of experience to work to solve problems and help his team achieve their goals.

Sam Pulino co-founded Pinnacle Document Systems in 1998 after a successful career in Sales Management at OMI of California/IKON Office Solutions. Pinnacle grew to the 3rd largest Sharp dealership in the U.S. before becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of Sharp Electronics in 2007. After the acquisition, Sam stayed with Sharp where he became President of Sales for Sharp Business Systems. Sam holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from San Jose State University. Sam simply believes life is divided into three stages "where we learn, we earn, and finally, we return" and is excited to be able to help those around him succeed.
