Equitrac Professional

Equitrac Professional is a suite of integrated software and hardware products that provides complete cost recovery functionality that can be tailored to the needs of large and small professional firms.

Equitrac Professional enables distributed cost recovery functionality such as copy, print, fax, scan and phone disbursements, as well as courier and postage costs. These expenses can be captured using the PageCounter terminals or through the Desktop Client interface.

Files from research applications and network fax servers, and even calling cards and cell phone charges can be imported and integrated with other charges to provide a complete disbursement profile for each client or client/matter.

PageCounter is a versatile, modular, and easy-to-use control terminal that works in conjunction with Equitrac's software solutions to track walk-up copy, fax or scan jobs. Adding to its sleek design, the new flexible PageCounter architecture provides a number of new options and benefits including a full keyboard, offline storage and validation capability.

PageCounter is equipped with real-time TCP/IP communications, a small space-saving footprint, an easy to operate keypad, and an optional magnetic card reader if required. PageCounter also offers standard dual Ethernet ports for mini-hub capability. This permits organizations to connect the PageCounter and a networked multifunction device into a single network drop.

PageCounter is Equitrac's flexible control terminal option that enables organizations to recover and manage costs associated with document output.
