How To Videos – Samsung Windows 10 Print Queue Setup

  • Copier IP address
  • Internet access
  • Web browser installed
  • Admin rights on the computer

How To: Setup Samsung Print Queue – Windows 10

  1. Open a web browser
  2. Enter the Samsung support site: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/downloads
  3. Scroll down
  4. Select the products of computing
  5. Select printers
  6. When you select printers, it will redirect to the HP support site
  7. Scroll down
  8. Find Copier Model
  9. Select Driver
  10. Download the Driver
  11. Minimize browser
  12. Go to downloads
  13. Select extract
  14. Select ok
  15. Select the Destination Location
  16. Select Downloads
  17. Select OK
  18. Select OK again
  19. Only the Print Driver is Needed
  20. Minimize Window
  21. Select the start menu
  22. Type in control panel
  23. Select Control Panel
  24. Select Devices and Printers
  25. Select Add Printer
  26. Select printer wasn’t listed
  27. Select add a local printer
  28. Select next
  29. Check and see if the port is already set up
  30. If Port is not Set Up:
  31. Select Create a new port
  32. Select Standard TCP/IP port
  33. Select next
  34. If Port is Set Up:
  35. Select Use an Existing Port
  36. Select Port
  37. Select Next
  38. Select Have Disk
  39. Select browse
  40. Select the drop down
  41. Select the user that’s logged in
  42. Select downloads
  43. Select printer
  44. Select PDL
  45. Select the INF file Select Open
  46. Select OK
  47. Select Device
  48. Select next
  49. Type in Name of Printer
  50. Select next
  51. Select do not share printer
  52. Select next
  53. Select finish
  54. Right click on printer
  55. Select printer properties
  56. Print test page
  57. Accept the User Agreement
  58. Select ok
  59. Close Windows
  60. The print queue is now setup
