Position: Business Solutions Consultant

Location: Stockton, California

The primary responsibility of a Ray Morgan Company Business Solutions Consultant is to sell, in a competitive environment, to new and existing clients at or above the personal sales revenue quota/target assigned by management. As such, the position calls for individuals that can excel in developing and closing new and existing opportunities for the technology solutions we offer.

  • Maintain a valid driving license and good driving record.

Location: Redding, California

Compensation: Range from $31,000-40,000 (Dependent on Experience)

  • Install, configure and maintain customer’s networks supported by the RMC IT department.

  • Train users on supported applications and integrated solutions as necessary.
  • Assist with RMC helpdesk, RMC service Department, project work and Sales consulting as necessary.

Installation of network devices on customer networks:

  • Configure network devices for customer’s network
  • Load and configure printers, fax, scan drivers and device utilities on servers and workstations
  • Setup and configure customer hardware/software (if applicable)

Customer technical support:

  • Diagnose communication issues between workstations and servers with network devices
  • Load additional print, fax, scan drivers on new workstations
  • Assist in the network troubleshooting and maintaining of connected equipment as needed

Sales Support:

  • Support sales staff in meetings with customers
  • Answer technical questions regarding the impact on networks
  • Demonstrate more advanced capabilities of devices and utilities

Position: Digital Printing Systems Analyst

Location: Roseville, California

Compensation: $65K - $85K (Dependent of Experience)

Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Systems Analyst is in need to support high volume digital printing sales. This position requires thorough knowledge of network connectivity, digital production printing, and variable data software workflows. This technical support position is to support pre-sale activity as well as post sale customer needs. We are looking for someone with excellent people skills, and will need to project manage and multi-task on a handful of projects. This person will need to have good teaching skills to train our customers on our production print hardware and software solutions. We are also looking for proficiency in presentation skills in small groups to demonstrate our technical solutions.

  • Work with the sales team and provide technical support
  • Install, configure, and train users on operations of high volume products
