The primary responsibility of an RMC Sales Representative is to sell, in a competitive environment, to new and current clients at or above the personal sales revenue quota/target assigned by management. As such, the position calls for individuals that can excel in developing and closing new and existing opportunities for the technology solutions we offer.

The position requires a strong drive to succeed, excellent listening skills as well as superior presentation, analytical and negotiating abilities. Additionally, successful candidates need to be computer and software literate.

Minimum qualifications also include that our candidates have a 4 year college degree or equivalent experience in a related field and –at a minimum-one year successful business to business selling experience and account development as well as valid driving license and good driving record.

Service Technician

Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Maintain a valid driving license and good driving record.
Observes mechanical devices in operation office equipment and listens to their sounds to locate causes of trouble. Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair failures of office equipment.
Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts.
Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments.
Inspects, cleans, lubricates, repairs or replaces defective or worn parts as apply to the problem reported or problems expected.
Operates machines to test their performance.
Initiates orders for parts required for repair of equipment.
Inventory Management: Manage car stock inventory - organization and accuracy.
Accurately report daily activity and service call information.

Warehouse Supervisor - Chico

Detailed List of Responsibilities:

Supervising warehouse staff, ensuring that incoming supply and equipment orders are processed and shipped daily. Maintain equipment and supply back order file.
Coordinate and maintain a consistent equipment delivery schedule daily.
Ensure warehouse is kept stocked and organized with daily receipts and bulk inventory.
Maintain cleanliness of warehouse and surrounding company grounds. Trash emptied, floors swept, boxes broken down and pallets organized daily.
Ensure constant compliance with company check in/out procedures when moving equipment and supplies for billing.
Work closely with other departments within the company to ensure proper processing of equipment and supplies for billing.
Ensure incoming receipts are received and processed daily.
QA for damage and accuracy of shipments.
Control issuance of inventory check in/outs books.
Ensure department is maintaining safety compliance.
Participate and conduct physical inventories as needed.
Other responsibilities as assigned by management

Service Administrator - Roseville

Detailed List of Responsibilities:
The Service Administrator will be working closely with the Service Director to ensure the smooth operation of the Service Departments companywide. Duties include recording verbal instructions and directions and producing documentation, researching and assembling new product data and managing an internet based data interface, scheduling, billing reviews, expense report reviews, and compiling reports.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office in general
Highly motivated and driven to succeed
Self Starter
One to two years of experience in the Field Service business strongly preferred
Excellent presentation, written and communications skills a must
Strong analytical abilities as well as listening, negotiating and persuasive skills

Telemarketer - Roseville

Detailed List of Responsibilities:
The primary role is to generate appointments for the Sales and Solutions Team by performing outbound telesales campaigns with the goal of qualifying accounts for products and services. This position will conduct database research through a variety of sources including, but not limited to, internal databases, segment market studies and external databases. In addition, will complete all necessary tasks and activities in follow up to telemarketing campaigns including accurately recording all gathered data and communicating regularly and timely with external Sales force.
